  • Integrated in the Service Management Tool
    and provides a
  • Self-Service User Interface
    • Browsing services on offer
    • Service health and availability information
    • Finding solutions to problems using the knowledge base.
    • Reporting Incidents
    • Requests for all Services
    • Overview of status of outstanding requests and incidents
    • Customizable to fit the specific needs of anyone.
